One category of work is taken over. You receive deliverables every week and can see tangible results firsthand. If the service works for you, we discuss a regular subscription. Otherwise, we stop there.

Frequently asked questions
Are your prices in CAD? And what about taxes?
Our prices are available in Canadian dollars (CAD) and US dollars (USD) — use the currency selector on the Pricing page. Canadian customers are billed in CAD, US customers in USD. Depending on your province or state of residence in North America, applicable taxes (GST, QST, HST, or local sales taxes) will be billed in addition to your subscription and onboarding fees.
How do you measure impact?
At onboarding, we establish a baseline on the operational indicators linked to your constraint: time to first response, no-show rate, stockout days per product, supplier price drift. These are measurable immediately, with or without historical data. Each quarter, the Constraint Review compares baseline to past quarter. From month 6 onwards, once we have enough data, we add revenue indicators — when the quality of your data allows.
What happens if we cancel?
You must give 60 days notice at the end of your engagement. The Avelle hardware must be returned. We then export all your data (reports, drafts, lead lists, and knowledge base) in a structured format (JSON + PDF). Early termination before the end of the 24-month minimum period incurs a charge of 50% of the remaining amounts, in addition to hardware return.
What is the commitment, and what discounts apply?
The minimum commitment is 24 months across all tiers. A 36-month commitment earns 10% off the monthly fee. Annual prepayment earns an additional 5% (both discounts stack). Prices may be adjusted annually, capped at CPI + 2%, with 90 days written notice.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes. One-time onboarding fees apply per tier:
- Starter: $1,500 CAD ($1,099 USD)
- Growth: $2,750 CAD ($1,999 USD)
- Enterprise: $4,750 CAD ($3,499 USD)
These fees cover hardware provisioning and configuration, Microsoft environment setup, knowledge base construction, and deployment of the first services.
What happens when we want to add a category of work?
You tell us which additional category to take over. If it fits within your current tier’s capacity, it is added at no additional cost. Otherwise, we offer you either a $349 CAD ($269 USD) / month add-on or a move to the next tier, whichever fits best.
Will our Microsoft 365 licenses cost more through you?
No. We charge Microsoft’s standard CSP wholesale rate, with no markup. The main advantage is consolidation: a single invoice, a single point of contact, and full delegated administration (GDAP) with no password sharing. Additional user seats above the bundled count are billed at $25 CAD ($19 USD) per user per month.
Are there per-user or per-seat charges?
No. You pay for delivered work, not for the number of users. Your entire team can benefit from the categories we take over.
What about Claude API usage? Won't that cost us extra at scale?
No. You pay a fixed monthly fee for delivered work. Everything we use behind the scenes (AI, infrastructure, licenses) is included in your tier. If our internal costs were to change significantly, we would notify you in advance during your renewal cycle.
Can we try it before committing?
Yes. We offer a 60-day pilot at $799 CAD ($599 USD) per month. This pilot includes one Tier 1 category of work, with no commitment. Onboarding fees are waived. If you upgrade to a Growth or Enterprise tier within 30 days of pilot end, both payments made during the pilot are credited toward your onboarding fee.
